Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Handling fee:

We do charge a small handling fee of $2.00 with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. Additionally, we do pass on all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business we do try our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. We will refund excess shipping charges by our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.

US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFO:

All orders are shipped via USPS using the least expensive ship method when possible.

Orders weighing 15.0oz or less will ship via First Class mail.

Packages with a value of $100.01 and up will require additional insurance and a signature confirmation. You may waive this fee and ask for this to be refunded to you. However, in doing so you accept full responsibility if something happens with your package. We will not refund or replace your purchase.

Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. No refunds will be given if you claim you did not receive your package but any tracking that is available shows that you did.

My Package Was Mailed To The Wrong Address:

It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure you’ve entered the correct address into the system. If a mistake has been made, please notify me within 48hrs so I can change it on the shipping label. Once your product leaves my care, they are not my responsibility and must ask that you repurchase your order.

Again, please understand we are a small business and are unable to verify this claim.

Damaged Package:

If your order is damaged by carrier during shipping, please take pictures and file a claim with the carrier.

cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept any cancellations. Please make sure you want to purchase any of our items before clicking “add to cart”. Otherwise, please "remove" any items you do not wish to purchase. 

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES: due to the handmade nature of these products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you’re not happy with your product, contact us, we want to make this right for you!
