Shipping & Returns
We do charge a small handling fee of $1.50 with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. Additionally, we do pass on all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business we do try our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. We will refund excess shipping charges by our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
US Customer Shipping Info:
All orders are shipped via USPS using the least expensive ship method when possible.
Orders weighing 15.0oz or less will ship via First Class mail. All others will ship via Priority mail.
Please note USPS Priority offers 1-3 day shipping. The amount of days a package will actually take to get to you depends on where you live in relation to our location in Florida. Other factors to take into consideration are issues with weather, holidays, and/or any special circumstance that may cause delays with USPS. Also, take into consideration our processing time.
Please note our average processing time is 5-7 days (7-10 days for high volume seasons like major holidays). Therefore, after your package is picked up from our location, it should arrive in another
1-3 business days.
My Package Was Mailed To The Wrong Address:
It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure you’ve entered the correct address into the system. If a mistake has been made, please notify me ASAP (within 48hrs if possible) so I can change it on the shipping label. Once your product leaves my care (refer to processing time), they are not my responsibility and must ask that you repurchase your order. To avoid this type of error, we encourage you to create an account on our website, it is FREE to do so and will save you time on future orders.
In the event that the package did ship and the recipient contacts us, we will try to get the order to the correct address. You will be charged the same shipping costs to get your order properly shipped to you.
*Orders with missing/ in sufficient address; you will be charged the same shipping costs in order to re-ship your order to the proper address. Missing/ in sufficient address are those missing information such as the apt#, building name etc.
Please understand we are a small business and are unable to verify this claim.
My Package Is Lost:
Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. No refunds will be given if you claim you did not receive your package but any tracking that is available shows that you did.
If there is any other reason for a delay, or if USPS has lost your package, you will need to contact them. As you know, once a package leaves our care, we transfer responsibility to carrier. We only have access to the same tracking information as you.

Damaged/ Missing/ Wrong Items:
You have ten (10) days from the purchase date to notify us with any issues. At this point you will have the option of making an exchange for the damaged/incorrect product or receiving store credit. If making an exchange, return postage will be our responsibility. However, you will need to pay for the cost of shipping.
Please contact us via "Contact Us" page and we will try our best to make things right! Please make sure to include your order number and supporting documents, i.e pictures of damages or wrong items including pictures of packaging.
For Damaged package; if order is damaged by carrier during shipping, please take pictures and file a claim with the carrier.
cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept any cancellations. Please make sure you want to purchase any of our items before clicking “add to cart”. Otherwise, please "remove" any items you do not wish to purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of these products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you’re not happy with your product, contact us, we want to make this right for you!
